How are you ringing in 2019? We’re doing it with this BOMB azzz 💣spicy chicken ring! You can admit it. I know you’d rather be here counting down to the new year scarfing on this deliciousness with us. So, cheers to you and your family and friends hoping you all have an amazing New Years. 2018 was great but 2019 is going to be even better!🌱🌱
Recipe:
1 can crescent rolls
1 pkg Gardein chicken strips
1/4 cup cream cheese(I used Follw Your Heart)
1 can drained rotel tomatoes
1/2 cup cheddar cheese (I used VioLife)
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 cup frozen spinach
1/4 cup chopped onion
Oil for frying
Foil covered cookie sheet(you may not have to do this but I did because I was afraid it would stick to my cookie sheet)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheet with foil and grease with butter. In a pan, put a little oil and onions and chicken. Once cooked, added tomatoes and taco seasoning. Stir until mixed and cook until chicken is done. Place finished chicken mix in a bowl and in same pan, add a little water and frozen spinach. It takes about 4 minutes, drain and add to chicken with cheeses. Then, unroll crescents and overlap the wide end of each roll toward the center of the sheet, points outward. Then, fill wide ends of rolls around in a circle and fold over pointed ends of crescent and tuck under inside. Bake in oven 25-30 min or until golden brown serve with sour cream.🥂🎉
